In the most prestigious part of the Tükörhegy residential park, away from the noise of traffic, we are creating houses equipped with a high technical standard in a fully developed environment. Four houses are being built on a unique 1640 m² corner lot with ancient trees, in two separate buildings.
When designing, the primary focus was on meeting the highest quality standards and maintaining privacy.

Main technical specifications:

• The heating and cooling is implemented with a 3 x 16A, 16 kW central air heat pump. The central heat pump meets all the heating and cooling demand of the apartments and the demand for domestic hot water. 
• A central, heat recovery ventilation system provides ventilation.
• The terrace doors and windows are modern plastic frames with a 6-chamber design and triple glazing. The main terrace door for each apartment is designed with a lift-sliding mechanism!
• Each living space is equipped with a remote-controlled aluminum shutter system.
• The design complies with the highest thermal performance requirements in terms of insulation.
